ATI Quality Assurance Plan

ATI management has a history of providing quality products and services. Our philosophy — to provide our customers with the highest levels of performance using cost-effective procedures — is core to our Quality Assurance Plan, and ATI has structured a systematic quality assurance program that is integral to every phase of our products. Our goal is to assure quality of services and products with consistent emphasis on quality in all our operations by thorough advanced planning, employing qualified staff and resources, and using rigorous program and project management techniques. These techniques include:

• Implementing policies that standardize work practices and processes for consistency
• Defining measurable metrics
• Ongoing review of task services and products to identify performance
• Scheduling
• Identifying cost problems
• Providing corrective actions.

These processes are ongoing and encourage continual process improvement.  All techniques require open communications with the customer and internal quality management reviews assuring that all members of the team are meeting quality standards during the life cycle of the project.
